Park on the lower level of the Building D parking garage and use the secure key drop box.

Return at your requested completion time or at the end of your workday.

Vehicle Drop-Off Instructions

Please follow these instructions so our team can identify your vehicle, secure your keys, and complete your service as efficiently as possible.

Drop off your vehicle on the lower level of the Building D parking garage before your scheduled appointment.

Use the secure key drop box located in the parking garage.

Complete the blue key tag and include your name and cell phone number before attaching it to your key.

Place the completed key tag and key inside the drop box.

Your appointment reserves your place in our schedule. It does not automatically guarantee a specific completion time.

When a specific completion time is needed, enter it in the Appointment Comments while booking.

Keys not collected are held at Building D Security until 5:00 PM. After office hours, unclaimed keys are transferred to the main security desk in Building B.
